Logline: An old man haunted by loss trudges through a post-apocalyptic world with a group of survivors... until a new arrival reminds him of the reasons for living.

JOE

Rugged but worn build (not large or imposing) 
Reserved, reflective and broken former father

MAX
Male, 30 - 40 years of age
Rugged and masculine, semi-muscular and imposing
Brash and commandeering asshole

LILLY
Female, 18 - 25 years of age
Hardened and fit
Steadfast trooper with a gentle side

BILLY
Male, 26 - 30 years of age, younger than Max
Lanky build 
Weak and attentive sidekick to Max

AUNTY
Female, 50 - 60 years of age
Capable grandmother build
Caring and grounded carer
